Our friendly customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, and can be contacted via email. Fred Bennett recognises the importance of ethical and responsible sourcing in the materials used to create its jewellery and accessories. Every effort is made to source materials through approved and reputable suppliers, with a focus on transparency and accountability wherever possible. Suppliers are encouraged to uphold similar standards, including responsible practices and, where practical, the traceability of raw materials.

We work closely with our partners to ensure alignment with recognised industry standards, including those set by the Responsible Jewellery Council. Ethical considerations are taken seriously, with a commitment to fair and transparent practices that respect human rights and support responsible supply chains.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT

(EU CONSUMER RIGHTS)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (as implemented in applicable UK consumer law), customers have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email). You may use the model withdrawal form if you wish, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

The right to withdraw does not apply to certain exempt items, including goods that are made to your specifications, earrings (for hygiene reasons) or items that are clearly personalised, where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
