SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free standard shipping with Royal Mail within the UK on any order value. In case you require your order faster we do offer an express service with Royal Mail for a fee of £4.95. We also offer standard shipping with DHL to Europe and ROW for a flat fee. Orders over £100 in value are eligible for free European/ROW shipping via DHL. If you wish to have an order shipped to somewhere not listed on the website, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
Please note that shipping times do not include sorting and processing times. Once you place an order, please allow time for the items to be sorted and shipped from our warehouse before they are posted. Engraved items may also take longer to process.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer both returns and exchanges on purchases made through our online store.
If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We are pleased to offer free returns for UK customers within this period.
For customers outside the UK, returns are also accepted within 30 days of receipt; however, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and processed, refunds will be issued within 5 working days. Please note that international returns may take longer to arrive with us due to extended shipping times, so refund processing may take slightly longer.
Exchanges can also be arranged within the 30 day period without extra charge for UK orders. Please also contact our customer services team to arrange this or to discuss the possibility of an exchange on an international order.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on engraved items and pierced jewellery (e.g. earrings) for hygiene reasons; unless they are faulty.
