WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

For best practice, please keep your jewellery away from any harsh chemicals and removing any jewellery around water (when washing hands or in the shower for example, especially for sterling silver). 

All of our jewellery is made to a high quality but still needs a touch of TLC!

ARE YOU OPEN TO COLLABS AND BLOGGER CONTENT?

Yes, we are often looking for brands and bloggers to work with. Please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you if we think that you may be a good fit for the brand.

I HAVE METAL ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL WEAR YOUR JEWELLERY?

Yes, you can! All of our jewellery is  safe for skin against all known skin allergies. Read more about this on our About Us page.

IS YOUR JEWELLERY SUSTAINABLY AND ETHICALLY MADE?

Yes it is! You can wear our jewellery safe in the knowledge that it was produced using ethical and sustainable practices. Our suppliers are certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council, who enable and monitor companies from mining to retail to integrate responsible business practices into their management systems and daily operations. 

DO YOU OFFER REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES?

We currently do not offer any repair or replacement services, however if you have any issues with manufacturing faults please take your item back to the original place of purchase and they should be able to assist you. Contact us for faults with online purchases.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW COLLECTIONS?

We release new collections twice a year, in the form of a smaller collection in spring and a bigger collection in autumn.
